Each year brings its own theme and rhythm. Sometimes we move through seasons on autopilot, waiting for the ‘right moment’ to make a change. But... honestly, transformation doesn’t begin when life magically clears the space for it. It begins the moment we decide. 

That’s why I want to invite you to consider what 2026 could hold for you. Not as another year on the calendar, but as a turning point. The year you choose to step fully into the path of Yoga and Ayurveda and honour what true holistic transformation could do for you, and those around you.

There’s something powerful about setting an intention for a year as the one where you’ll take action and invest in meaningful hange. It plants a seed, and just like in yoga or Ayurveda, when you nurture that seed with daily effort and community support, it grows into something extraordinary.

At Live to Serve Academy, we offer two core pathways, each life-changing in its own way:

Yoga Teacher Training 

This is more than a training or certification. It’s a journey into yoga as a whole system of living (not just asana). You’ll study traditional teachings, develop your personal practice, and learn to share the gifts of yoga with others (however that looks for you). Our training is fully online, complemented by real-time, ongoing mentorship and community. 

Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching 

Ayurveda comes alive when we live it. This program gives you the tools to apply Ayurveda in your own daily rhythms, and the coaching skills to support others to do the same. It’s practical, modern, and rooted in timeless wisdom and principles. Whether you want to coach professionally or simply bring Ayurveda into your family and community, this course is designed for you.
