The Pitta Woman
May 11, 2026

It’s 5:00am and you’re already awake.
Not because you slept badly. You actually sleep pretty well.
You’re awake because your brain has started organising the day. 🔥
You mentally review your to-do list before your feet even hit the floor:
- reply to emails
- workout
- groceries
- client meeting
- finish project
- somehow also improve your entire life before dinner
You love an early, productive morning.
The silence. The lack of interactions and distractions, and the focus and structure that affords you. The feeling of being “ahead.”
Your yoga-asana practice is strong and focused.
You enjoy the difficult poses.
Holding plank for an unnecessarily long time feels… satisfying.
You tell yourself yoga is “not competitive,” while ...noticing... you were the most stable person in class.
Breakfast is efficient.
You’re hungry immediately. Actually, if you’re honest, you’re always hungry.
If meals are delayed too long, things can get… intense.
Suddenly everyone around you becomes unbelievably incompetent:
- people walking slowly
- badly designed websites
- unclear communication
- someone using the wrong spreadsheet format
Why is nobody trying harder? 😅
By midday, you’ve already achieved half your tasks and accidentally taken over three other people’s responsibilities because “it’s faster if I just do it myself.”
You’re capable.
Driven.
Sharp.
Reliable under pressure.
People naturally look to you for leadership, even when you’re trying to “relax.”
Your skin runs warm.
You overheat easily.
Summer can be personally offensive.
And although you genuinely love helping people… there’s also a tiny internal voice whispering:
“If everyone could just be more organised, life would run so much better.”
You crave intensity:
- tasty foods
- ambitious goals
- deep conversations
- challenging workouts
- visible progress
Rest sounds nice in theory.
Until you try to sit still for more than four minutes.
And yet… when balance comes in; when you ease the pressure, cool the fire a little, and stop carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders…
You become extraordinary to be around.
Warm.
Magnetic.
Encouraging.
Courageous.
Focused in a way that uplifts and inspires others instead of burning yourself out.
Classic Pitta woman. 🔥
Be honest… did this read like a personality profile or a witness statement? 👀
