Eeeeee heading to Sydney on Friday for this amazing event, the AusActive Gala Night)! Grateful to be among the finalists for this category. Last year was incredible - the most stunning night in Town Hall, surrounded by energetic, inspiring people. Being in that room made me feel so alive, and also made me realise how much more I could be doing.

I went home from last year’s gala with notes in my phone of all the things I was going to do better in the coming year. I’ll be showing up this year definitely ahead of where I was last year, but still feeling like I’m only scratching the surface.

Teaching and sharing Yoga is truly the honour of my life. I feel so grateful to spend this lifetime immersed in learning, practising, discovering and sharing it with others, and I have an absolute conviction that Yoga is for everyone. To be able to contribute to this community, and hopefully help more people experience what Yoga can bring to their lives, is a gift I hope I'll never take for granted.
